When designing our headbands it was our goal to make the most comfortable headbands possible. We find that the main issue with the ones out there is that the majority is glued on a frame. This then gets covered up with a thick ribbon that sits uncomfortably on the scalp. We found a technique that works without glue. It is done by skillfully hand-sewing the velvet to finish it. This gives it the most comfortable fit and is also more sustainable.
